Training Session Information

Unless otherwise noted listed, training sessions are conducted at all venues on Monday and Wednesday Nights from 6pm to 7pm.

Ensure you bring:

• A water bottle/drink;
• Appropriate unning gear.

Training will occur regardless of weather.
