Training Program for 2017

Seaford Training Program

McCulloch Avenue, Seaford

  • Every Monday (6pm) and Wednesday (6pm) at Kananook.
  • Coaching Sessions and Meeting Wednesday Night starting at 7:30pm

And a note from our Seaford Training Supervisor, Josh Chenoweth:

"Ok team it's that time again, I know some have been training still and ready to hit the track in 2017 primed and ready to go! Some have been enjoying a few beers, trips to Maccas and plenty of treats! Whichever category you fit in we look forward to seeing you at the "Nook". I'm pleased with our attendance last year but would like to see more people committed to both nights. If you miss a session you will do extra at your next session. You know my views on "team" and we will be sticking to this. Exceptions may be made. Speak to me first if you can't make a session. 2017- we will be- Team focused; Motivated; Fearless; Professional. See you on the track!"
