Match Day changes to Appointment or Game/s Umpired
When you have a Match Day game change due to picking up an additional game or part game you must notify the SUA Appointments Co-Ordinator via the online form below as soon as possible after the Match to make sure you are paid for the extra game or part game.
Match Day game change, means you umpired an additional game or part game due to an umpire being injured or not arriving to a match and you filled in.
eg: You umpired an additional game or significant part of a game (must be at least a half a match)
Match Payroll / Appointments for completed Match Rounds are locked for Payroll Processing at 8:00 pm the Tuesday evening following the weekends games.
Members who have not notified the Appointments Co-Ordinator / Finance Director of Match Day Changes via the Form below will most likely experience a delayed match payment.
Match Day Incident / Event / Matter that you want to bring to the attention of your SUA Coach
eg: Rule interpretation that you would like to clairfy with a Coach
eg: Incident that you would like to notify either the SUA or Coach
